How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your TrueIQ subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and the process only takes a minute.
Option 1: Cancel from Your Account
- Log in to your TrueIQ account.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Click "Manage Subscription".
- Select "Cancel Plan" and confirm.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you prefer, you can email us at support@trueiq.io and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
What happens after I cancel?
- You will retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Your test results and certificate remain accessible during the active period.
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.
