Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
TrueIQ ("the Service"), operated by Umbrella Net LLC, offers a 14-day refund window from the date of each charge. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your most recent payment.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@trueiq.io with the following information:
- The email address associated with your TrueIQ account
- The date of the charge you would like refunded
- The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
3. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. What Is Not Refundable
- Charges older than 14 days from the date of the refund request
- Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Partial billing periods after a subscription has already been canceled
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
- Cancellation — Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund — Returns the amount of a specific charge to your payment method. A refund does not automatically cancel your subscription.
