1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TrueIQ ("the Service"), operated by Umbrella Net LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrueIQ provides online cognitive assessments and IQ testing for educational and entertainment purposes. Our assessments are not clinical diagnostic tools and should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological evaluation.

3. Subscription & Billing

Access to full assessment results requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

All plans include a 7-day free trial before charges begin
Bi-weekly plan: $14.99 every 2 weeks (prices may vary by country and promotions)
Monthly plan: $29.99 per month (prices may vary by country and promotions)
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of a charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, assessments, algorithms, designs, and materials on TrueIQ are the exclusive property of Umbrella Net LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of IQ scores or cognitive assessments. Results are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umbrella Net LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
