Updating Your Email Address

If you need to update the email address associated with your TrueIQ account, you can do so by contacting our support team.
How to update your email
- Send an email to support@trueiq.io from your current email address on file.
- Include the new email address you'd like to use.
- Our team will verify your identity and update your account within 24 hours.
Important notes
- For security, email change requests must come from the email currently on file.
- If you no longer have access to your original email, additional verification may be required.
- Updating your email will not affect your subscription or billing.
- Your test results and certificates will carry over to your new email.
