Where Is My Refund?

If you've requested a refund and haven't seen it yet, here's what you need to know.
Refund processing times
- Approval: Refund requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days.
- Processing: Once approved, the refund is initiated immediately through our payment processor.
- Bank timeline: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Still don't see your refund?
- Check your bank statement carefully.The refund may appear as a credit from "TrueIQ" or "Stripe".
- Wait the full processing period. Some banks take up to 10 business days.
- Contact your bank. Ask them to check for any pending credits to your account.
- Contact us.If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved, email us and we'll investigate.
