How to check your renewal date
- Log in to your TrueIQ account.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Your next billing date is displayed under your subscription details.
How to turn off auto-renewal
To stop automatic renewal, simply cancel your subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
