I Didn't Authorize a Subscription or Recurring Charge

We take unauthorized charges very seriously. If you believe a charge was made without your consent, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
Common reasons for unexpected charges
- Forgotten signup: You may have signed up for TrueIQ ($1.00) which includes an ongoing subscription.
- Shared device or account: Someone with access to your device or payment method may have signed up.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. See auto-renewal details.
What to do
- Email us at support@trueiq.io with the email address associated with the charge and the last 4 digits of the card that was charged.
- We will locate the account, cancel the subscription immediately, and process a refund if applicable.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the issue has been resolved.
Our commitment
We want every customer to feel confident and secure. If a charge was truly unauthorized, we will issue a full refund promptly. We aim to resolve all unauthorized charge inquiries within 24 hours.
