We understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating. Here's a breakdown of how TrueIQ billing works and what you can do.
How TrueIQ billing works
- Getting started: When you sign up, you pay a one-time fee of $1.00 to unlock your full results. This is clearly stated on the checkout page before payment.
- Ongoing subscription: Your subscription continues at $29.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled.
- Recurring: Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled.
- Confirmation email: A receipt is sent to your email address for every charge.
What you can do now
- Cancel your subscription to prevent any future charges. Learn how to cancel.
- Request a refund by emailing support@trueiq.io. Include the email address on your account and the date of the charge.
- We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 24 hours.

TrueIQ charges may appear on your bank or credit card statement as:
